Stargazers and Daffodils

Stargazers and Daffodils is a close up, blown up study of spring flowers in bright sunlight.  The strong side lighting intensifies the brilliance of yellows, burnt sienna and Opera Rose.  Dramatic contrasts of light and dark provide movement and power.  This painting was created on 300 pound hot press paper, float mounted and double matted with museum quality mats and framed in pecan wood with non glare glass.
