Tendick Park Prairie

Tendick Park Prairie shows the Tendick Park prairie in Ozaukee County in fall bloom, with coneflowers, brown-eyed susans, native grasses and flowers.  A popular subject, created here in a vertical format on a half sheet of Arches hot pressed paper.  This painting was featured in an exhibit opening July 22, 2023 at the Cedarburg Art Museum titled Shared Paths through Ozaukee County.  The exhibit also features description by a naturalist of the subjects portrayed in each painting, along with the artists' comments about her techniques, goals and selection of scenes and events.
